This beginning course teaches our participants safety tips for cooking, how to properly cook basic meals, how to microwave certain dishes & more.

Financial Lit
This course is designed to teach our participants how to properly manage money, understand taxes, how to open a bank account, the difference between debit & credit, how to properly maintain personal credit & more.

Automotive
This course teaches participants basic automotive knowledge and skills. The things they will go over range from helping kids study for DMV drivers test to understanding symbols on the dash & gears to even how to change a tire or connect jumper cables.

Self Care
How to make sure you put yourself first , mentally and physically. This course gives basic information on how to take care of your body and nutrition. Recommended for our pre teen & teenage divisions only

Birds , Bees & Everything between
This course teaches how to protect yourself , understand your own body, the pros & cons, How waiting is a good thing not a shameful thing, and what to do if already active & more. *Recommended for our pre teen & teenage divisions only

We want to make sure ALL of our participants are excelling not only on the field or Cheer stage but in the classroom as well.

Please note all these courses are taught by volunteer graduates, professionals, and parents. Each course is designed to teach children the correct way and only facts. No course will be taught based on opinions and every volunteer & teacher is thoroughly selected after a background check . These courses do not offer school credits but we will give each participant a certificate acknowledging they have done these courses and learned these specific subjects as an extra step on their own time to put into a future portfolio
